YES Exploring Creation with Astronomy Notebook...This is the notebook/lap book designed to accompany the Exploring Creation with Astronomy textbook. Jeannie Fulbright (author) replaces worksheets and tests with notebook assignments (lap book ideas), lots of worthwhile experiments, projects, and activities (all extremely do-able). These projects are in addition to the ones in the textbook, and include puzzles, worksheets, and cut-and-paste fold booklets to include in a science notebook or journal. In full color (gorgeous), this makes it easy to try the lap book method of gauging your student's progress. These are not entirely essential (we did this particular study without the journal, since it hadn't been published at the time we did it). In fact, if you like doing it yourself, and having your kids do the work of creating their own mini reports and artwork, I would actually recommend NOT getting this. However, if you are short on time and creativity, but high on desire to do this type of education, then this is the perfect complement to your study. No other resources, teacher manuals, etc., are needed. Consumable. You will need one per student.
