"The Log" - This new innovative record-keeping journal will make your job easier, if you live in a state that requires you to keep a log (or if you just like the accountability of keeping a log). "The Log" is designed to keep records for one student for 200 days. It provides 2 levels of record-keeping: space for more detailed projects, as well as a simple method for daily tasks. These 2 levels are presented side-by-side, so you can track all your academic needs easily with the detail you desire (see the product photo for a sample - the headings are left blank for you to customize). The Log also contains a reading log, a video log, a project log (with space for photos), a phys ed log, a field trip log, a grading log, and a course-planning log (It is recommended that you photocopy these additional record-keeping tools, since you may do more field trips or projects than space permits in "The Log."). As an extra bonus, we’ve even included "The Creative Writing Score Card" right inside "The Log" so it’s conveniently at your fingertips! (If you aren’t familiar with the "Score Card," you can see a description of it in our language arts portion of this website.)

The entire log is only 28 pages long, and comes 3-hole-punched, making it slim enough to tuck inside your student’s portfolio.
