This is a very good book! It paints a wonderful picture of Edith's life. She endures many struggles in her later years. She gives a cup of cold water to a neighbor and her father tells her she may very well need that same cup of cold water later in life. This is the riveting account of World War 2 era. I enjoy learning history this way! H-Age 11
